"Nice hotel"

"Overall staff was good minus two things for me. My air conditioning was not working. On the next day of arriving I had informed reception of it and was told it would work that day as there was an issue with the overall timer settings. Seemed to be controlled by one unit with room control. The next day I was told it was working but my room had an issue with the control. During my entire stay it wasn’t checked. Luckily in the morning the room was cold as I had left the window open. During the day towards evening room remained hot. Second was staff were amazing throughout apart from a particular lady at the bar found it difficult to smile like everyone else and it came across if you ordered something it was an inconvenience to her. I expected tea making facilities in the room but didn’t check this before booking so if like standard British hotels you expect this then note in a different country it’s not standard. Close to the tram station and local shops. I would still book here again dispute two short comings. "

Convenient Location for Seeing Visoko

"I arrived around half an hour later than initially planned, so the owner Nedzad was very gracious to come later, show me around the property and ensure that I was comfortable for the night. Also, the checkout time is very generous (1200), so I was able to fully rest in preparation for the next day's sightseeing. The property is conveniently located to a bakery and one of the few all-night restaurants in Visoko, which also saved me from going to bed hungry. The rooms themselves are quite no-frills but can sleep up to four people, so good for both solo travellers as well as small groups. I would say that a little extra linen and some toiletries (there was no bath soap provided) would be good, plus the shower was not very clean, but these are things that can be easily solved."
