"Our stay was wonderful, the convenience of the lift right outside is awesome! The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The bus to town is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient for dinning in town. It runs every 15 minutes. They do live music in the lobby bar every afternoon. There is a nice gym, with plenty of amenities for multiple people to work out, pool tables and ping pong tables are available for use. Our only complaint was that the indoor hot tubs could be warmer. All and all we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend staying here."

"Rip off. By way of tricky name. The real “lodge” is just called “The Lodge”. The use of “grand” is to make it sound better or at least vaguely comparable to the actual, real Lodge. Apparently the only staff is perhaps an owners daughter forced to work something like 18 hr days. She tried hard but there was no bedding on out beds and here’s the kicker- UTTER FALSE ADVERTISING VERY WELL KNOWN FOR BY A VAIL PROPERTY (remember getting ripped off during Covid for passes now in the thousand plus range where you had to apply in a weird Taylor Swift concert ticket grab kind of scenario just to be able to rightfully ski with your massively expensive ski pass?) so the false advertising is that they sneak around through hotels.com, a somewhat reputable site, and show TWO KING BEDS looking all plush like an AI version, but on arrival you find every unit in what is NOT A HOTEL (in their title, “Hotel and Residences” but a slick timeshare style thing where the “owners” are never there but they hire a mgt company to pawn off nights at their places Airbnb style, with no supplies bedding or any vaguely hotel-like standards, no doorman no concierge and one over worked obviously relative of an owner trying to satisfy a torrent of incoming guests thinking they’re at a hotel. The “fake second kind bed” depicted in hotels.com photos as plush identical beds is a drab, dilapidated MURPHY BED fold-down, which if you’ve ever tried to sleep in one you well know you might as well sleep on drywall. "

"Place was awesome. Room was new and modern. The hotel had direct access to the ski slopes. The gondola was right outside and you can ski directly to the onsite ski valet. The hotel had a very nice pool and spa complex. Also, they provided a great breakfast buffet each morning."

"We had a great stay at Limelight Aspen. The room was spacious, with excellent closet space for ski gear, and the complimentary breakfast had great variety and quality options. The hot tub was also a nice touch after long days on the mountain. A few areas could be elevated to better match five-star expectations: the bathroom floors weren’t heated (something I would expect in a ski destination), housekeeping felt basic (amenities like tissues and coffee machine water weren’t replenished), there was no turndown service, and the hot tub could have been cleaner. Concierge services were polite but limited, and shuttle transportation to other mountains felt less seamless than expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality, but there’s room to refine the luxury experience."
