"We went for a Sens game. The hotel staff were so welcoming and it was nice to see them in jerseys showing their support. Hot coffee and warm cookies at check in. Room was spacious and we utilized the 3rd party shuttle to the game. $5 each way per person. Super fast and efficient. Quick walk to the outlets. Will stay here again!"

"The hotel was a nice location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room could have been a bit more clean as it was dirty in the bathroom Noisy with dogs barking and could hear people coming down the stairs all day/night and people next door. "

"First of all, there were people drinking in the halls until past 1am. Secondly - there was nothing for breakfast(picture evidence) no bacon left the waffle maker was a mess there was 2 COLD hard boiled eggs left. I came as a family of 5. 2 of us didnt eat because all there was was plant based patty’s and the 2 cold eggs and cereal(not even enough for 3 bowls) Very upsetting as I had to spend more money on a new breakfast for my self and my spouse as well as my kids because they were still hungry too. Which resulted in our trip coming to an end sooner then expected as we no longer had the funds to attend our museum tour because we had to get breakfast. There were bugs in the halls. Which it’s march and there’s snow outside so that was odd (picture evidence) And the elevator was broken. We stayed on the 3rd floor but the elevator wouldnt stop on the 3rd floor it kept stopping on the second floor- once pressing floor 3 again- the doors would close and just reopen still on the second floor. "

"Place is a bit run down"

"I stayed for a night and I felt like it was auditioning for a “before” scene in a cleaning commercial. The bathtub looked like it had seen things… none of them involving soap anytime recently, and the water pressure was so weak it could barely rinse off a thought. To top it off, the front desk clerk greeted me with what I can only describe as a full-on “lip corner science experiment” going on, which made maintaining eye contact a bit of a challenge. Safe to say, not exactly the warm welcome I was hoping for."

"Was a little warm overnight for sleeping but once overhead fan was turned on it was good 😊!"

"The room was clean and staff was friendly. How ever we didnt enjoy the breakfast we found it was better the last time we came to hyatt . When we went to swim in the pool it said it was heated but it wasnt it was cool . And upon exiting we found a towel for drying had some poop on it . They informed us it was rust but we saw and seen it different. "
