"This place exceeded my expectations. Amazing staff, clean and comfortable rooms, charming and thoughtful decor, and an amazing breakfast. The neighborhood is very charming with its back streets, alleys, and minutes from both Ben Yehuda and Mahne Yehuda Market. I’ve eaten pounds of shears and shakshuka. I will be back. Next year in Jerusalem! "

"I love staying at the David Story Hotel. It is perfectly located, very clean, and exceptonially friendly staff. It is a boutique hotel so I feel like I am 'at home' whenever I stay there. Any hotel near there is twice the price."

"Amazing staff with clean rooms. With issues in the region tourism is down but we didn’t experience any negative impact. Beautiful historic facilities and it’s always my favorite place to stay in Jerusalem!!!"
"It was so amazing. We loved the culture and the sights. The service asa as good as any 5-star hotel I’ve stayed at. The people in general were friendly and kind. "
"Absolutely stunning hotel! Even more beautiful in person than in the photos. I loved the stone architecture and the Orthodox Christian icons displayed throughout the hallways—they added such a unique and peaceful touch. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Jaffa Gate, Mamilla shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the Old City. Unfortunately the war broke out while there but the staff were extremely helpful and provided is with meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I will definitely be back. "
"Our experience at The Sephardic House Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled just steps away from the Zion Gate in the Jewish Quarter, this beautifully restored building offers the rare opportunity to stay inside Jerusalem’s Old City while enjoying modern comforts and warm, attentive hospitality.
From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the elegance and charm of the historic architecture. The interior courtyard, with its stone arches and serene ambiance, evokes the rich cultural heritage of the Sephardic community while providing a peaceful retreat from the city’s energy. The rooms are tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The location is truly unbeatable. Within minutes, we could walk to the Western Wall, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and countless other holy and historical sites. Being able to explore the Old City early in the morning and late in the evening, when it’s quieter and more atmospheric, was a unique privilege."
"We loved it! The location is super convenient, few mins waking to Damascus Gate, 2 mins walking distance from light tram station. It's a beautiful historical building with really nice antique decoration. My husband loves history, so he felt in love with the building after the owner told us the story about it😄The high ceiling room is very nice. Even though the location is so central but inside the room is very quiet and we slept well. They have their own restaurant which was very good, so we had dinner at hotel almost every night during our 4 nights stay:)
The owner Mr. Raed was so nice and welcoming. I want to especially thank the manager Aya who was super sweet and made us feel so special and welcomed.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Jerusalem."
