"Staff were extremely helpful, helped us sort out passes out, set us up on the LAAX App, sorted out watching the 6 nations games and generally very accommodating. "Great hotel. Lots of positives, the regular ski bus gets you to the lift with virtually no hassle (its only a small walk too!), the spa is excellent, the rooms are modern.
