“We stayed after a concert at the amphitheater. We found the hotel to be very clean and beautiful inside, however we were placed in room 219 and there was a gigantic air unit outside our window that was constantly going off throughout the night making it impossible to go to sleep!!! Due to this I will never stay there again”

“Only reason I’m semi unhappy is that I booked a king room for my anniversary. We got to the room and it was two queens. We went back down to the desk and spoke with the staff and were told there was a leak in the king rooms on a certain floor. We were given another room which was supposed to be king and lo and behold another room with two queens. We gave up after that point.”
