“Parking lot was very rough in need of new ashfalt. Rooms were clean and a good size. Breakfast was just a to go bag. No tables to sit down and no coffee or tea in the room. They have a microwave, tV and fridge in the room. A coffee maker would have. Been nice instead of walking down the hall to front desk area. Carpets in the hall was very old and a few wrinkles a trip hazard to be honest. Staff were very pleasant”

“Used to be a great deal to stay at residences for ball tournaments very cheap, but knowing what you’re getting. Now they charge hotel prices without offering any hotel perks or conveniences. Single beds are garbage, paper thin walls and the tv picture and sound in every room for our team cut out and froze every 14 seconds. Really disappointed this time around. If we’re paying hotel prices, we will just stay at an actual hotel next time. Big positive was the lady at the front desk was fantastic……

“The prices charged to stay here are exorbitant especially when the rooms are so worn out. The shower hasn’t seen a renovation since the early 80s and was barf-worthy, the carpet had pulls everywhere, a light didn’t work, the sofa was well-worn and stained, there was a hole in the window screen. Everything is old AF. $200/night + tax is ludicrous for the hole that this place is.”

“Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.”

“Pros: The place was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located. TV has many free channels. Cons: Its just too worn out and run down for the price you pay for. Room is small, there's a large window in the bathroom that lets in so much light you can't nap in the afternoon. The bathroom fan is so loud. Rust stains on bathroom siding, bathroom looks makesshift. Breafast didn’t have variety for hot. Reception area is very small and not connected to the rooms. Very loud as……

“The staff stood out to me; considering the many hats they wear and the hours worked; they were excellent! I would argue better than most of the major hotels i have stayed at over the years. The room was spacious and clean. The construction on the road in front of hotel is a bit of an eye sore but it certainly didn’t have any impact on the service. The breakfast was just fine. The parking was convenient at back of hotel.”

“Very interesting concept for a B&B, there is no contact with the owner yet everything is extremely well communicated and provided for your use and comfort. The owner does live on site and just a text away. It was quaint, clean, comfortable and quiet all you need for a little get away.”

“Rooms are spacious and clean with full amenities and fixture. The balcony allows us to take in the views and fresh air. The staffs are responsive and helpful from booking to check in with our request and questions. We are very pleased with our stay.”
