The hotel is advertised as a top notch quality property. However, it is currently being renovated. The lobby was a mess, there is unfinished dry wall everywhere and dusty. The renovated rooms are quite nice, nice quality furniture, carpet, tv, etc. However, my room had no phone... I had to go to the hallway and use a communal phone to call the front desk. The TV had an HDMI connection available on the console it was mounted on... however, that was not connected to the screen. I had to squeeze my hand in order to connect to the screen - this may not be an issue for everyone, but I wanted to connect my laptop to the TV. There is supposed to be a pool on the property. This was advertised and influenced my decision to choose this location... however, on arrival I was informed this was also not accessible. It is a positive thing this location is being renovated, and the end result will be quite nice. The problem is the price being charged right now reflects a newly renovated hotel.

Property filthy from Renovations, car broken into in hotel parking lot, lots of dust all over, dirty sheets and towels, kid got stuck in elevator and no one to help and it goes on, terrible experience never again!

Hotel is under construction. So much dust. The location was unsafe. Had homeless people inside and walking around the lobby and was hanging outside smoking up. Our friend's car got broken into and my 4 year old son had the elevator door closed right on him as he was getting into the elevator. Had to pry the doors open as the elevator doors didn't automatically open. Called for help and not one staff member came to my aid. The room was okay, however, housekeeping missed a wet dirty towel and it was rolled up and kept with the clean towels. Will never go to this hotel again.
