“Truly appreciated the respect the owners have for this preserving the historic character of the place accurately. One really feels the simple charm of the early days—lots of natural light and original materials. Nothing is false or imitation. In the same way, the property managers looked after and respectfully tended to any needs that I had—quickly and efficiently. This lovely studio apartment is a most excellent value and would definitely return!”

“I stayed here 4 nights while visiting family. The location is great, you can see the State Capital Dome from the front yard. There is a nice Keurig style coffee pot with some complimentary pods and some snacks that were nice. It has a fullsized kitchen with some appliances and dishware but very basic which was fine as I didn't do much cooking. The TV worked fine with my Netflix subscription. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was so cute, very authentic for the age of the building. The couch……

“We were in Cheyenne for a convention and thus spent very little time at the property. But it served us well.”

“I arrived around midnight. Parking directions were great, but there was no light in the parking area and it felt sketchy. (An idling car and a bicyclist lurking in the alley). Front door lock box instructions were okay, but had to press the star on the fob scan pad to get the fob to activate. The code I was given didn’t work to access the unit so had to call the property management number which they did answer after a few rings (thankfully!) and had me try a different code. “This second floor apartment has a great location to walk downtown Cheyenne and easy parking in a lot. The apartment met our needs though the electrical issues made us shy away from using the stove. We appreciated the owner's quick response when we called about the property.”

“This was a great place to stay while we spent a few days taking in the Cheyenne area sights! The spacious cooking area made it easy to prepare meals in, and having a washer/dryer was an added bonus. We had no issues, but i assume they would've been handled quickly and easily with the owner on property. Beautiful location away from town!”

“It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos.”

“Great stay in basement apartment. The caretakers were immediately responsive to all needs. It is recently remodeled, very clean and cozy. I stayed for a month, was mostly alone but did have my young family visit a few times. The kids LOVED the Legos that were provided. One bed has a slide, so fun. The layout is a little strange, you walk into one bedroom as you enter the door. It wasn't a problem for us but if you are dependent upon full privacy for every bedroom, it may be a down side. “My husband and I came to town with another couple for Cheyenne Frontier Days and this was the perfect stay! We were close to the fairgrounds and downtown, but not on top of everything where the traffic was crazy. We enjoyed the view of the park and felt very safe. Perfect size for 2 couples, would recommend!”

“We arrived in a storm and the host came out and met us in the rain. He was very friendly and gave lots of helpful information about places to eat and things to do etc. The property was a basement that had been updated yet still smelled older and our things seemed damp during our stay. It also was listed as sleeping 6 but only slept three on beds. We decided to use sleeping bags and three of our kids slept on the floor. The access to the laundry and kitchen was helpful. Our kids enjoyed playing……

“We LOVED our stay! The place was very cute and comfy. If I had to say anything at all maybe put a AC unit in the second bedroom even with a regular fan it was super hot. But it was doable and great. Cara was great at communicating and very sweet!!!”

“3rd-floor apartment in vintage building in downtown Cheyenne, with parking right next door (very convenient). Minimalist and sparse decor, but with everything we needed. A problem with the shower was rectified quickly, with the property owner allowing us to move one flight down to another apartment. Great location, walkable to all of downtown Cheyenne. Check out Paramount Cafe for coffee and Omelet House for breakfast.”

“The quirky steam punk decor was a delight. The street was VERY quiet and parking out front was easy. Jay stopped by because the emails were not going thru. Mandy and Jay were wonderful hosts and were available if needed. The home was cozy. The bedding was nice and beds very comfortable. The internet worked quite well, too. Would definitely stay here again. Cleanliness is my highest priority and this home met my picky standards. Thanks again, Mandy and Jay”
