"Great location and amenities "

"It was an awful stay. The rooms would not cool down. The room I was in (king) had fewer amenities than the room with the doubles. The restaurant was extremely slow, but the staff was very nice. The rooms were outdated or felt outdated. The carpets looked old, and so did the walls, dinged and scratched"

"Upon arriving I could not find any staff that could assist me in that moment, but after a few minutes someone did come out to help. I paid for a room upgrade that was not available on the day that I came into the hotel, but I was able to get the room that I originally pay for. I do appreciate that the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances, other Sonesta hotels we've been to did not supply them. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, we got a good night's rest . And we will be back. "
