"Was turned away saying they were booked, had confirmed reservation 2 months prior. Came from out of town, customer service was not of help after staying on hold for a resolution and made me late to my concert. "

"Staff was very friendly. The room was clean, had all the stuff you expect and had good water temp and pressure. The area around it was questionable. If you want to have a crazy light at a local “club” you have many options. If you’re looking for a sketchy gas station that has a “shabby” aura… even more options."

"1 night stay in downtown Columbus, this was a last minute quick trip to visit with friends. Room was clean. Check in took a while, there was one person at the desk and a pretty good sized line of people, they definitely should have had more help on a Friday evening. I was told at check in late check out shouldn't be an issue to check in the a.m. when I checked in the a.m. it was a no. Despite the hotel listed rooms available for that day, meaning they definitely weren't booked to capacity for that day."

"We got I. Late after a concert….quick check in with friendly staff. The room is great with comfortable beds, ample storage and space to move around the room. Once in the room no outside noise to disturb a good nights rest. Would stay here again!!!"

"The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, great spread for breakfast. Hotub was clean and nice. Wish we would have spent more time at the hotel"

"When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready yet, even though check in was at 4:00 pm and it was 5:30pm. The staff was very apologetic and made sure to get us a room as quickly as possible. Once we got to our room we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned very well. There were hair balls in the bathroom, and dirt on the floor. We were in a rush so we didn’t have time to ask for a new room, just needed a place to put our things. We also noticed the walls/doors are extremely thin and you can hear everything happening outside of the room. Lastly, we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping knocking on other peoples doors/our door and loudly saying “housekeeping”. Very expensive for such a small room that hadn’t been cleaned very well."

"I stayed here for a weekend for conference. Rooms are not really updated, but it clean 5 min walk from conference center. There is definitely not enough plus in the room (had to move nightstand off the wall to find plug between the beds). Also, nowhere to plug laptop at desk to work in the room. Parking was located directly across the street from the hotel, so that was plus (and has in/out privileges). The only thing I did not like was an early check in fee ($25). After driving 5 hours, waiting 3-4 hours to check in was feasible, we just wanted to relax before the first night of activities."
