The staff was very helpful. Room was clean and close to Disney and could not beat it for the price.

There was no elevator so we were provided a room on the first floor.

I requested a late check out and was refused, very rudely. The next morning almost ALL of the rooms, were empty which meant there was plenty of room for them to accommodate

It was just ok, but we were at Disneyland all day. We weren’t expecting anything more. Fresh towels everyday, but no making of beds. Internet was spotty and didn’t get tv working(but only had time for that the first night anyways), had to sign into wifi every time to use. We were there to shower and sleep! Very close walk to Toy Story shuttle service to Disneyland!
