The rooms were modern and clean and they allow pets to stay for free. They brought us more pillows and towels right away and the staff was friendly checking in and checking out.
Overall a great trip for my family of 6. We got a 1 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and a full pull out sofa in the living area. It?s a 15 min walk to disneyland/5min uber ride. Free breakfast buffet was very good and filling. They had waffles, ham, sausage, eggs, oatmeal, bagels, potatoes, etc. ...
Walk to the parks. Watch the fireworks at the pool. You don't have to deal with crowds at the park. Everyone was very accommodating. We brought our dog super convenient.
Extremely poor service from check in to check out. Staff very unfriendly and very unhelpful. The room we stayed in had a foul odour on entrance to room. The people staying above us where having a party for most of the night. When the first complaint was made, staff ignored the complaint and the noise ...
The hotel is nice and very family friendly. Loved that it offers free WIFI, it's in walking distance to park and a free and decent breakfast (bagel, toast, cereals, fruits, eggs, potatoes, bacon "turkey" and "sausage" and waffles) is included. You have a CVS next door and a Walgreens across the street. ...
If you are traveling with your pets this is a nice place to stop. Nice staff.
Not the best area, but there is security watching over the premises, a Denny's in the same parking lot and many food sources down the street. The hotel is nice and comfy, and the staff proceed exceptional customer service especially Carolann, and they were sweet to my dogs. I would definitely stay ...
Loved the hotel. Great location and accommodating staff. Good breakfast included. Such comfortable beds after long days at Disney. My only issue is with the family suite. I got this suite specifically for my kids to be able to go to bed early and we could relax. Was very surprised to learn that the ...
Hotel was nice, major plus they allowed pets and had a pool. Only one complaint, the toilet could of been cleaned better, it still had pee stains and hair on it.
The hotel is pretty decent for its price and location. We had no issues with the hotel during our stay, check in or checkout, even we arrived around 3 AM. We checked in with out pet and the guy at the front desk was very helpful and assigned a pet room even we had one assigned.
This was a great hotel, close to Disneyland and very family-friendly. The added bonus was that it was also dog-friendly which is a big deal for people who travel with service animals or can't leave them at home. There was also a good-sized kitchenette with a wonderfully large bathroom. I am used ...
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were traveling with 6 people (grandparents, mom, dad, and 2 kids, ages 12 & 13) and the family dog. Great place to stay if you are headed to Disney Land. Only 2 miles away. Very close to train station and numerous restaurants and eateries. Clean and safe ...
We are a family of four and we were traveling with our small dog. We booked a room with a queen bed and sofa bed. It was actually a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed. Location is great, staff went above and beyond, room was much more than we expected for a great price too! I already recommended ...
