“I am disappointed as there is no refrigerator in room. Besides only one socket near door. Definitely not user friendly for electronic devices charging.”

“The room was fine, although there were some loud people upstairs slamming doors all night. The hotel is very beautiful with a wonderful view. However, the food was terrible and the service was also awful for dinner. Breakfast was a different story with lots of choices and wonderful food.”

“Not sure why they have organized us in a room with disable facilities. Seated WC for disabled. Disabled use faucet etc. Not conveniente at all. ”

“The suite is very close to the centre. I had a full apartment with a separate bedroom and a working kitchen. Check in is done electronically and a passcode is sent. The process was very easy. If I needed to communicate with the staff, I used WhatsApp. Very useful as they were very helpful, as when I asked about restaurant recommendations. A lovely place to stay for my 3 nights.”

“Great location in the centre, near the bus station and at most 30 min walk from most attractions. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great - fruit, yogurt, cereal, meat, cheese, salad, pastries, bread, cake, juice, water, coffee. Most staff were lovely, some could learn to smile or at least pretend to be happy.”

“It's fantastic location for people who is travelling by train bec it's just within 2-3 minutes walking distance to the train station. Very comfy bed. Very quiet and clean room. Big variety and good quality breakfast. All the historic spots, all kinds of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. If we would come to Bologna in future and for sure would stay in this hotel again.”

“Nice, clean and family community environment . Despite the language barrier, they did extremely well to support and help. Room cleaned every day. Staff friendly, polite and helpful Breakfast was appropriate and more than enough. Parking was never an issue Thanks to the hotel staff”

“L'hôtel Tenuta Villa Colle Sereno à Montemarciano est une ancienne bâtisse formidable. Bien situé et dans un cadre très agréable. personnel accueillant parlant aussi bien français et forcement italien. Petit déjeuner typique italien. Chambre grande et propreté irréprochable.”
