Curtain rod ripped out of wall. Walls had dirt all over, there was dust every where, bathroom not cleaned.

This is our second stay in the past two years. The staff was very friendly and the room started off very clean. Our only complaint was that after the fourth night, we still had no one clean the room. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and kleenexes. We were able to find a cleaning person and she gave us everything we needed. The trash cans were also overflowing.
