"We came down to check out at 10:30 in the morning. I paid a cash deposit. They can't check out until they check the room. The front desk told me 5 minutes but made me wait for almost half an hour. "I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait for 15 min. And longer. I try to reach them for 2 hours I have to go to front desk to ask, You have this big hotel to run and no one answer the phone?? I request the towel and it was not bring it after anyway. So for the price I spend. Is not very happy. Otherwise the food everything is fine "
