“Wanted a rental for children and family, found out a week before my stay that the pool was not available, host was not responsive, could not reach host by phone. Was refunded and found a beautiful place in Sussex 6 miles away.”

“Parking is bad”

“Our stay was not ideal and my interactions with the host were also not great. We stayed here a week after a snow storm and the driveway was not plowed nearly enough. We had 3 cars in the driveway and had to physically push them out because of how poorly the driveway was shoveled. It was 2 degrees out the day of our stay and when we got there the heat was OFF!! It was FREEZING inside and took the entire night to heat up. After leaving she accused my party of damaging her front door (which we did……

They have truly thought of all of the extras and the home was very clean. The host was great at communication from the moment we booked. The kids also loved the welcome board. So thoughtful. “We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the unit was. We also appreciated the amenities like all of the spices dishes and utensils in the cabinets. We were also very pleased at the soundproofing our unit was right above the roadway, and we could hear virtually nothing from the road. We really had a lovely stay! And our host could not have been more accommodating!”

If you are planning on going to a nice waterpark I would 100% recommend going to mountain creek this place is only 6 minutes away which is great for parking. Very nice sunset view from the balcony if you are planning on coming to Vernon New Jersey I would 100% recommend staying here 😊😊😊”
