"We purchased a King room which was very clean and comfortable. Upon exiting the room we found and issue with door handle that was not immediately fixable. Management quickly assisted in moving us to another room with an upgrade for our inconvenience. Great customer service!!!"

"Staff were phenomenally helpful. We arrived late after driving 10 hours. I was in the car with my mom and dad who are in their mid 80s. My mom was sick in the car and couldn't make it to her hotel room. The staff were understanding and helpful. also, my dad was rushing to grab both of their luggage and he handed me my water bottle through the door and he dropped it and it broke over the entrance driveway the female attendant with the pretty blue and purple hair was so kind to rush out and help and insist that I not pick the glass up off the ground myself I apologize, but I appreciated her attitude. The only thing I would say is that because we are on the road and my mom was sick. We had to pull over to get a hotel room at which point I jumped on my apps to reserve two rooms for us and the easiest way to do that was through a third-party app which in this case was hotels.com and I was told that I would not be able to collect my IHG points and from the reservation, which I think is, if that's a policy that's a bad policy because I chose. I still chose Holiday Inn express or IHG off the list of hotels that was available to me. It was just more efficient whilst I was driving in the car with two people in their mid 80s to use the third-party app if it's still possible to get credit for those points, I would appreciate it. Thank you."
