“Exceptionally clean room; large and roomy; some staff were very helpful; ”

“The first room we were assigned had a bed that was soaking wet from the ceiling leaking. The second room they assigned us ended up having bloody sheets that we didn't realize till the next morning. I had to remove the blood stained sheets because "housekeeping doesn't understand English and won't know to change the bedding." We received several calls due to their own desks confusion while we were at our event the first day. Then when we returned from the event, the TV wasn't working and the……

“The room was not clean ants everywhere. Walls had stains. The furniture smelled of animal urine. The staff was nice unfortunately they couldn't do anything to help with the cleaning upper management needs to help the staff with cleaning ”

“The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience.”

“The room was great, had everything we needed. Location was good - away from the noise of the city, but close enough to everything we were there for. Breakfast was okay, but a little more hot variety or change up would have been nice. Overall, we had a great stay!”
