"Nuestra experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada hasta el día de nuestra salida, nos sentimos muy bien atendidos por todo el personal, quienes demostraron amabilidad, profesionalismo y una genuina vocación de servicio. Nos sorprendió gratamente el detalle de bienvenida que encontramos en la habitación, un gesto que nos hizo sentir especiales y que marcó el inicio de una estancia inolvidable. El hotel es relativamente nuevo, con instalaciones modernas, cómodas y muy bien cuidadas. Sin embargo, lo que realmente destaca es la extraordinaria calidad humana de su equipo de trabajo. La atención recibida fue de altísimo nivel en todo momento. Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel a quienes buscan comodidad, excelencia en el servicio y una experiencia cálida y memorable. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de regresar en el futuro."

"All the staff was super nice and the place was quiet, beds were comfy and roomnhad AC. it was really nice to have a private bathroom in the door, though they were bathrooms outside in in each floor. Noce view from the restaurant upstairs and chilled atmosphere. If you are looking for hostel parties and fuckery, this is not the place for you. I got the bus towards La Fortuna just down the street. Neighborhood seem safe, but Im also street smart (it's San Jose, so just be a cautious traveller)"

"Engaging staff member at check-in in the early evening got us set up on our hotel quickly. The shuttle was fine. The hotel is in a strange area but is enclosed by a gate. The doors are actual-key entry so don't forget to lock yours at night. The beer garden was great and it seemed to appeal to a young adult travel crowd, but our family of a teen and tween was comfortable. The rooms are nothing to write home about but they are clean, the A/c works, and the water was warm."

"The property was amazing, so many fun areas to take photos and sit. There was even a garden with all sorts of herbs and veggies to see growing. The tub on the patio was my favorite part, second to the food and spa services. The staff were amazing, I was able to practice my Spanish with them and they were very patient and kind. They even helped with photos, a true all inclusive experience. I had a wonderful stay there and would absolutely stay again. Pura vida!"
