“My unit was clean and host was responsive and very kind! Everything was cozy and I felt very comfortable. The only difference is there was no full stove and oven it is a hot plate. I was able to cook meals fine but did expect a full stove as pictured. Other than than it was comfy, had a great balcony view, and wonderdul host and host family. I would definitely stay again. Also, there are a few local stores that are in walking distance that I loved exploring and getting necessties from. :)”

“Very clean and comfortable house surrounded by the forest. Kitchen is fully equipped. The dirt path towards the house needs work otherwise your car could get stuck. definitely need a 4 wheeler vehicle. We saw monkeys and toucans in the morning. Very calm and quiet stay it was. “This place was awesome! It was a perfect location to Monteverde. We definitely recommend doing Abuela’s breakfast in the morning. The host was really responsive and the sunset over the Lou twins was beautiful. My 8 year-old daughter loved the park. It was a perfect place for her to run around, especially after a few hours in the car. The home was beautiful with easy check-in/out instructions. We would 100% stay again. ”

“We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the cabin and the location. Make sure you bring bug spray when sitting on the balcony/terrace.The little pond makes it really nice and quite some wildlife directly on the property.”
