"This is a great apartment in a great location. We were there in late June 2025, during the heat wave, for two weeks. We love Annecy.But from the very first, the air conditioning did not work, despite being prominently mentioned in the listing title. We informed management several times and were told various things to try, but nothing worked. "A clean and well maintained apartment - everything from the coffee machine to the dishwasher in excellent condition. Lots of towels and clean linen provided. Quiet neighbourhood so excellent for families. Lovely selection of shops/bars/patisserie just down the road. Really close to the beach and amenities."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La résidence est bien située et nous a permis de faire tout à pied. Petits bémols : - l'isolation due au fait qu'il s'agissait d'une vieille résidence. - la vaisselle qui n'était pas en nombre suffisant. (3 fourchettes, 3 verres, etc...)"

"The property had several broken item's of furniture, was dirty and is in desperate need of a clean. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang towels to dry, the balcony table didn't have any chairs, the kitchen utensils were chipped or damaged. The house also smelt of cigarettes."
