Upon arrival we noted air conditioner was not cold. Very nice Ms. Emily helped reset and it was cold for a minute. She called engineering. We had to leave for an event and when we returned to the room much later noted it was still high 70's. Restless, hot night of sleep. The band was fabulous, all staff great especially Marie, Willie, Griffin.
