“We did not receive the room we reserved. Because we booked through Expedia and not directly with the property, they offered no resolution to the issue. It was extremely frustrating. Additionally, our room phone rang at 4:30 am and then the room alarm went off at 6:00. We had 4 people crammed into a room that was not sufficient with interrupted sleep and a staff that did not care to help us find a more suitable room, like the one we booked. would not recommend.”

“Overall the stay was fine. It was comfortable, clean and close to everything we were there for. My only complaints (which were minimal) were the fact that the body wash was empty in the shower, the indoor pool was cold, and the housekeeping staff was incredibly loud on the morning of our check out HOURS before we were due to check out so there was no sleeping in for us on the last day.”
