“After I went there, I tried to call the hotel as this is a place without a reception. No one attended the call but I got a message asking for my First name and Last name and my mobile number. I sent the details. I got a reply that the hotel is overbooked due to technical error and that my booking is cancelled. They just left me on the road. I had to make urgent arrangements.”

“Poor management and customer service stood in the front office for almost an hour before the clerk woke up to check me in”

“If you just need a place for stay and shower around airport , the price is the best. If you want enjoy the stay, it’s not a good choice. Not too bad, just a mold smell in the room. ”

“The check in is located in a cubby hole in the corner of one of the buildings and with the temperature at 101 degrees it was horrible during the 10 minutes of trying to check in. Once arriing at the room there was a feeling of usease with suspected vagrants hanging around and upon entering the room the unpleasant smell resulted in a very quick decision to seek reservations somewhere else. I WOULD NOT recommend this property to anyone.”
