“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family……

“The place wasn't anything special just a bed and bathroom. Had a tv and great A/C for the hot summer day. I went in August. If you need just a place to sleep and shower this was a great option for me. They also gave me a water when I went to the front desk and asked. The people were very kind and always available. Again not a 5 star stay, but a good place to stay if you are in a pinch.”

“This is a very unreliable hotel; it's the first hotel I've ever been scammed in all my travels across America.”

“The room was clean and had no bugs. But when we arrived, our room had no soap and only one thin bath towel. The door was warped, and the deadbolt was very difficult to latch. The AC unit was noisy and looked like coffee had spilled on it. To top things off, it is hard to get into because it faces a one way street and the neighborhood is not great. My wife did not feel safe.”

“I saw a cockroach running beside my bed. When I opened the cabinet under the sink, I found tissues and garbage inside. The area was very dirty and not well maintained. I couldn’t take a photo because I felt disgusted and uncomfortable. I just wanted to get through the night as quickly as possible and leave. I also want to mention that the staff was okay and polite. I understand that this type of situation may not be directly their fault, but the room condition and cleanliness need……
