“Ich war mit meinen beiden Kindern (5 und 10 Jahre) in diesem Hotel. Vom ersten Eindruck bis zum letzten Urlaubstag waren wir Rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war durch und durch hilfbereit und Gastfreundschaft erlebbar gemacht. Das Essen war hervorragend. Die Unterhaltung kam auch nicht zu kurz. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel für Familien und Paaren gleichermaßen Empfehlen. Vielen Dank.”

“Overall, I left disappointed with my stay. Considering the resort’s reputation and premium price, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and consistency. We were initially assigned a first-floor room with multiple issues: a strong urine-like odor near the entrance, a foul-smelling shower drain, poor drainage that caused water to spread across the bathroom floor unless the water pressure was kept low, a stained face towel, and an entrance door that did not close properly……

“枕头有点高，对于颈椎病来说有点难受，一些细节需要提升，比如游泳池更换室的棉签有所缺失等。优点就是，房费包含了所有的餐费和下午茶等，在酒店里走到任何地方点吃的，喝的都是免费的~还有就是真的很安静，很适合静养”
