“Everything was great clean and it was located close to downtown. Bed was comfortable apt was clean and cool. I went on a brewery tour while I was in town and was never more than a 10 min uber away. The garage is kinda tight so I would suggest large trucks park in street parking. ”

“Unfortunately, we had to end our stay early and relocate with VRBO’s assistance.Our biggest concern was discovering what appeared to be a surveillance camera INSIDE the home in the family room/kitchen area. This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious privacy concerns.The central HVAC was also not functioning properly during extremely hot weather. Although two window units were eventually provided upstairs, the central AC was never repaired during our stay.We also encountered a dirty……

“This unit was very clean. The management was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. The parking area where you pulled into the property was small and you had to back out to get to the street. There were a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood. I didn’t feel threatened or anything like that. The parking lot is gated. ”

“The check in process was great. It seemed liked the ambiance of the building had something to do with a lot of fish tanks. The lobby and sitting areas smelled like old carpet. The 17th floor hallway had many fish tanks which a couple had a horrible smell and was obvious that they haven’t been cleaned. It was a lot of random old furniture just placed throughout the building. Our apartment was clean and our host was nice. It was comfortable. Also the building had 3 elevators but only 1 is……

“This place is the true definition of a hidden gem! The check-in and check-out process was a little tedious (you retrieve and return the keys is in a different location—only a couple of blocks away). But the communication from the host was EXTRAORDINARY! The experience with her literally removed any and all worries! The location is EXCELLENT! A little rough on the exterior but absolutely amazing on the inside. Don’t let the walk through the building confuse you. It gives a New York vibe inside……

“The place is small but very nice! Parking is easy. It's close to downtown but if you're considering walking there, I'd think twice - some streets are rough. Wifi wasn't the best.”
