It was so dirty! The carpets in the hallway looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years- stains, dirt and bleach stains. The hallways were covered in stains, marks. The elevator was so sketchy, dirty and so many smears on the walls. If it could get any worse our room smelled of cigarette smoke that the staff tried to cover up with heavy cleaning sprays. I was even told from a guest that they do not care if guests smoke in the rooms. The shower had black mold on the grout and the shower curtain had a cigarette burn hole. In the room the walls had marks and stains, the curtains were also covered in stains and cigarette burn holes. Even my friend who was also staying at the hotel, the only door for the bathroom was off the hinges and couldn’t be closed.
Our kids were really excited about the pool. The pool itself seemed clean and was heated which was great. The hot-tub however was disgusting. The water was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom, and the sides of the hot tub where the water meets the tile was brown from all the dirt/oil or whatever else was in there. Looked like It
Hadn’t been cleaned in months!!
I was nervous to eat the buffet because of how the hotel was taken care of. But I tried it anyways and I was surprised it wasn’t bad.
I would never recommend this hotel and wish we would have canceled our stay
