Very poor service in restaurant, meat was overcooked. However the worst was the lack of service even factoring in Italian culture that a meal is to be enjoyed not rushed. Their service just seemed oblivious to their responsibilities.

I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊

Very very happy with my stay. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was amazing. Room was amazing. Beautiful property. Shuttle to sorrento square was a very huge perk at this hotel. I have nothing bad to say at all and if I ever go back I will be staying here again and recommending this hotel to all my friends. Thank you for the amazing service and stay.

Comfirtable and spacious room. Staff was friendly and excellent service provided. Dissapointed in breakfast buffet- very "average" quality food- not the same quality we received in other hotels in Italy, especially a bummer in the "food capitol" of Italy
