“They didn't have key cards for us. So we had to go to desk to get let up to 2nd floor and into our room. Very inconvenient. Town was walkable so we wanted to be in and out if our room. Instead we tried to minimize coming and going. Coffee machine failed. No horizontal surfaces to set anything down. The staff were more than willing to try to make up for the shortcomings of the room and equipment. But, they couldn't.”
