Showed up and handed the person at the front desk my card. Had my reservation fully paid for on Expedia prior to arrival. There was a 75 dollar hold on my card that didnt go away until after I checked out. Didn't think this was unusual as I've been charged more for a deposit at other places. However, the charge went through shortly after I completed my online check out. I had to work very early and was and no one was working the front desk yet which is why I opted for online checkout. Will not be returning. If you see a hold on your card from them, be sure that you know what it's for. Like ai said, my reservation was fully paid for prior to arrival.

Lobby run down and dirty. Didn’t have the king room reserved available so got a queen downgrade. Battery on door was dead so keycard wouldn’t work. Breakfast was minimally stocked and lackluster

Staff were rude, unprofessional and terrible. The whole place smelled foul. The room had all kinds of issues. Breakfast was over at nine on Saturday, which is ridiculous and the coffee was weak and poor.

I would not recommend this property even if you are in dire need of somewhere to stay. The property was filthy and ridden with bugs and broken items throughout the room and the hotel itself. Do not stay here, seriously.

Room was not ready at after 3pm. I waited unitl 20 after purposely to avoid this issue when i went to check in i was told that i had to wait 10 minutes for them to clean the room it actually ended up taking another 20 minutes before we got to actually get into our room. The TV in the room was a dumb version of a smart TV and they did not provide the correct remote so we could not watch TV. No Wifi password was provided so much for free Wifi i had to use my Hotspot on my cellphone

Floors were wet and slippery in front entry. Smelled like cigarette smoke upon entry to lobby. Asked to be moved to 1st floor room for my 96 year old father as there was no elevator. Told no and clearly this property was NOT full. Had NO HOT WATER?!? Do NOT recommend this place!

Booked through Expedia . I stayed 3 different times ,3 nights each time . I had to use a card for a “deposit “ . They charged me twice $50 and once almost $100 . Only one $50 deposit was returned . I called the desk and they were very rude . I will never stay there again .
