"This is a beautiful and quaint boutique B&B. It is in a pleasant area, close to Ostia Antica Archaeological Park, also very convenient To Rome FCO Airport."

"We loved staying here. Right next to a metro station so getting around was much easier after a busy day walking. Great check-in experience and the room was a great size with all the amenities needed. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet AND the building has an elevator which is huge when you have luggage."

"Mario was a phenomenal host and extremely accommodating. The room was beautiful, our balcony had a lovely view of the backyard, which rivals some of the gardens we have seen throughout Rome. The communal terrace and sunroom were thoughtful and a nice space to relax. The only downside was location, my partner stated if she was solo traveling she would be uncomfortable walking alone, but the stay was so great that this was overlooked."

This B&B and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They deserve 5 stars for their beautiful villa as well as their efforts to make sure you have everything that you need when staying with them.
The breakfast included cold cuts, ciambelloni, tortas, nuts, breads, juices, coffee, yogurts, fruits, milk, biscotti, pastries and more. They even made eggs for my wife who is on a restricted diet.

Just perfect.
Just 1/4 of a hour to reach the metro.
Next to the airport but extremely quiet due to the no flight zone from midnight to six.
Very good Italians restaurants next to it.
It s already decided, my next week to Rome will be at this hotel!

I had an amazing experience here. The host was so helpful in finding a taxi for a very early morning flight and answered any question I had within minutes. While the surrounding area is a little concerning at first glance I did not feel unsafe and had a great stay. The interior was gorgeous and I slept so well. Would stay here again!

Davide communicated very well and escorted us in to his modern, super clean and well decorated property. He takes care of everything and even ran out to our car to drop off my left-behind phone charger! Top rating!!

The couple were great and I recommend them fully. Very nice and clean place and their attention to detail was second to none. The husband picked us up at the airport and was ver informative about the area especially Ostia Antica. He recommended a great restaurant La Brace Dei Matti, excellent food and atmosphere. All around great 5 star experience and I’m looking forward to stay there again.

The room was spacious, clean, and nicely appointed. If you need to get to the airport in the morning, I recommend using the FREENOW taxi app,& allow for potential traffic. I would not recommend public transportation to the airport, I think not worth the difficulty.

Marco is the owner and he truly cares about giving quality service. Our breakfast choices included a delicious homemade apricot torta. When he offers coffee, he takes the time and makes authentic Italian style. We asked him for a restaurant known for its gnocchi. The restaurant was across the river & somewhat hidden so Marco painstakingly marked our map so we could find it. The gnocchi was so light and tasty and the oxtail sauce was incredibly delicious. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Our room was large and luxurious. The staff was kind, accommodating and cleanliness was at an all time high for real it was so clean. Neighborhood is a 10/10. The AC worked very well. Incredible property.

A great location central to all the main sites in Rome! We had such a nice and comfortable room. The hosts were also attentive and so friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast too.

Excellent small venue near Campo di Fiori. Very clean, modern with nice amenities and comfortable bed. Walkable to most Rome sites. Would definitely stay there again!

I was pleasantly surprised by this property, after all it is a convent. The room was very clean though a bit spartan with a nice bathroom. It had all the modern conveniences (tv, etc...) and a comfortable bed. The staff was great and there was a lovely breakfast. The hotel is very safe. You need a key to get into the courtyard from the street and a key to get into the building at night. It is just outside the Aurelian Wall in the San Giovanni area. Its about a 20 min walk to the Baths of...

I would consider this a hidden gem but once you find it, it will be well worth it. This is a family owned and operated establishment, so it was a pleasure doing business with the local community. The accommodations are newly remodeled and elegant. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, dining, and great shopping. The staff was wonderful, very helpful, and spoke english. We especially loved the fresh orange juice every morning and the smile that...

Mario was a phenomenal host and extremely accommodating. The room was beautiful, our balcony had a lovely view of the backyard, which rivals some of the gardens we have seen throughout Rome. The communal terrace and sunroom were thoughtful and a nice space to relax. The only downside was location, my partner stated if she was solo traveling she would be uncomfortable walking alone, but the stay was so great that this was overlooked.

The apartment complex is conveniently located directly across from the metro station, which was a huge plus. However, the accommodation has a shared entrance, with individual rooms featuring private bathrooms. I may have overlooked this detail in the listing, but it’s worth mentioning for travelers expecting an entirely private apartment. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and served its purpose well, as we were primarily there to sleep.
