Extremely well equipped and comfortable villa with spectacular views. Small but beautifully clean pool with plenty of seating areas within well maintained outdoor space. Nice room. Literally opposite Pisa tower and very close to airport. Nice eateries and bars close by. Room was quite hot so had to sleep with windows open as no fan provided in room.
