“Ruth Ann was amazing. We had a couple of small issues with the rental, but she was super responsive and actioned everything immediately. Apartments were well maintained, beautifully decorated, comfortable and homey. Would definitely recommend!”

Just a day before my scheduled check-in, we agreed to upgrade my accommodation to a larger unit for a higher price, which I appreciated. As part of this arrangement, Ruth requested a deposit, which was to be refunded after seven business days. However, it has now been over seven business days, and I have not yet received the refund. I have also tried……

“This place is new, but beware. When you check in, Be sure you check everything first, do inventory of what they have and take pictures of everything like carpet stain, broken glasses etc. Report to the manager right away. They might charge you a ridiculous amount of money if they found something that they think you damage it after you check-out. Pay only in credit card just in case.”
