“The hotel service was very nice. I loved the coffee pods supplied by the hotel. The workers were very friendly to my whole family, The kids are still talking about them (in a good way). Carlos was very helpful with tourism and food recommendations. Carlos and Ali brought a nice atmosphere to the place. Would recommend!”

“I liked the location, the room itself is nice and tidy, but the AC would go off at times at night, since it works on sensors it goes off when it doesn’t detect you, it was not until 2 days prior to our departure that we got told about a switch to prevent that from happening. The rooms need more care and cleaning, our first room the floor wasn’t clean, the second the AC on one room wasn’t working and there was no TV, and the third one had a broken window curtain so I had to use a sheet to cover……

“Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento no fue la esperada. Aunque agradecemos la atención recibida, hubo varios aspectos que afectaron nuestra estancia. El principal inconveniente fue que tuvimos que compartir un solo baño con una familia de cinco personas, además de que los huéspedes de la planta superior también lo utilizaban. Esto provocó largas esperas y poca disponibilidad. En varias ocasiones no había papel higiénico y, además, llegamos a encontrar a dos personas utilizando la ducha al……
