"Property is clean, great location near uptown, easy to access hiking trails. Very easy to contact owner. Condo is very comfortable, great back porch to watch geese, deer and hot air balloons with mountains in background. Hope to be back soon!"

"Huge 1 bedroom unit ON the golf course. Even on a paradise weekend, only a week before 'the season' started, I paid under a hundred bucks!?! I used the kitchen a lot, the laundry machines etc etc and everything was cozy toesy. Maybe not exactly 'Romantic Old Pagosa' which will cost twice as much, but highly recommended. "

"This was a great option for my kiddos who wanted to camp, and for me who didn't want to deal with setting up or breaking down a camp! The folks from the front office were wonderful and very accommodating to a last minute change in the number kiddos coming on our trip. According to my daughter, we'll be staying here every time we're in the Durango area!"

"We loved being hidden in the trees. The cabin is cute and cozy but reevaluate we spent a good amount of time just in the trees. It’s at the top of the neighborhood If you walk further up the mountain you just get deeper into the trees. Hosts were responsive and gave good advice, we had a 4 cylinder car so we probably would have gotten stuck if a storm had hit so that might be something to keep in mind in the winter. And it’s about 30 min to get to downtown Durango but it’s a beautiful drive and worth it."

"We stayed in a deluxe room 2nd floor overlooking the Mother Spring. So nice because so close to the adult springs and firepits. Very relaxing and really appreciate the sleep info in the room. "
