"Such a beautiful and comfortable property in an amazing area of Michigan! This cottage is exceptionally appointed, with premium linens, kitchenware, condiments and bathroom needs. Everything is provided and clearly marked for guest use. The property is well-kept and quiet, with easy backyard access to the Boardman River. John provided us with wonderful day trip and restaurant suggestions in the Leelanau Peninsula. Downtown Traverse City was a short 15 min.drive away and there were several grocery stores even closer. As many others have mentioned, the hot tub is not to be missed! "

"Clean cabin with all necessities. Bed and futon were comfortable. Didn't see a TV though that was listed, but we didn't need one and enjoyed watching the river instead. Great location, close to drive to Traverse City and lots of lakes and parks to enjoy away from the city. Very nice host, and we would definitely stay again!"

"Rob was amazing! We had lots of questions, and he responded very quickly. The property had everything you need in a great quite location with multiple lakes a couple minutes from the house. You could walk to them if you wanted. We fished plus visited both Traverse City and Elk Rapids during our stay. Only 15–20-minute drive. If you want to stay away from the busy city but close enough visit this would be a great choice! Thank you, Rob! "
