“Muy buenas instalaciones en cuanto a alberca y tamaño de habitaciones. Muy buena atención en recepción. El aire acondicionado en la habitación apenas enfría independiente de la temperatura que se elija (habitación cedros ). La primera noche decidí cenar en el restaurante del hotel y la experiencia fue mala. El primer platillo lo tuve que cambiar por otro y el plato principal estuvo muy malo ( pescado ) no lo devolví pues preferí ya irme a dormir y no quejarme de lo mismo por 2a ocasión en la……

“In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes……
