Gentleman at front desk was friendly. Property shows some wear, but would be easy to resolve/touch up in the off season. Gas station across the parking lot made it easy to fuel up and get going in the morning."

"There was enough room for my large family to sleep and eat. It was very private and quiet as there are only cornfields and trees surrounding the property. The host was very helpful and friendly. There was not a swing set as pictured, but the kids had fun playing in the loft. "
