The property and staff were just fine. What you would expect from a Hyatt property. Our only issue was the bed and pillows. We both woke up with back pain and stiff necks. The pillows were awful!

There was a $25 per pet fee that I was not informed of. I talked to a customer representative Thursday prior to my cancellation deadline who said it was a flat $25 fee. I brought four little dogs with me and was informed of a $100 fee. This is almost twice my price. I canceled and left on Christmas Eve and drove home the several hours. I’m very disappointed. I’m sure it was an error in communication or knowledge.

This property is extremely well maintained. There is plenty of room around the breakfast area and lounge for our small children to wander around safely. The swimming pool area was clean and warm on a cold winter day.

We stayed here many times. Our daughter lives about 10 out. Very convenient for us. The grandkids love the pool. The beds are very comfortable and a great shower. The rooms are a nice size too. Will definitely stay there again
