We were very impressed with Hyatt Place, especially for the price! Linda, who checked us in, was personable. I think Lily was the bartender and she also was personable. Everything was so clean in room and bathroom. The breakfast area was nice and clean. Overall, enjoyed our short visit at Hyatt Place!

The hotel did not provide the room I reserved and paid for. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds; the only room they had included one bed. My daughter had to sleep on the sofa. I requested, but was denied any type of refund for the room I paid for.

What the problem with my stay was breakfast was to be available till 10:00am and when I walked into the breakfast area at 9:58am the breakfast bar was dismantled, and the staff was rudely blunt that breakfast was over. Also, the availability for coffee in the lobby was quickly taken away. I am used to Hilton locations where coffee is always available, and breakfast is open longer and to go options are available when not. This will keep me from choosing Hyatt in the future.

Nice facility. Staff reasonably friendly. Couldn’t get the TV to work nor the in room coffee maker. Wasn’t there long enough to complain. We’ll probably stay there again, though.
