“All was great ”

“The hotel itself is good. We had a large clean room on the ground floor. There was plenty of wheelchair access everywhere. The staff are really helpful and made us a 'breakfast picnic' we could collect the night before as we were leaving early the next morning before breakfast started. They were all really nice and polite. We were given 2 single beds. Mine was fine but my husband's was so noisy, every time he turned over in bed it made a really loud noise. Each room does have its own section of……

“Lovely hotel experience, very premium experience in a nice location. The breakfast was well worth it and the pool area had plenty of seating (though I'd still recommend going early to get seats). The spa was also very worth the price. My main concern is that the Preferred Club breakfast was not worth the extra cost. The breakfast in the main area was better than the a la carte option. Though the nice part of the preferred club was the separate cabanas and afternoon snacks/booze. I would stay……

“We are retired and we’re only there because EasyJet cancelled our flight. However it was a great experience right from the start with Simone in reception. The buffet dinner and breakfast were really good. The facilities for kids looked amazing. ”

Staff is great, friendly and trying to always provide the best support. Location of the hotel is great, within 10 min walking from the beach, 5 min walking to Siam Mall and Siam Park, easy access with car to the highway, 20 min drive to the Tenerife Sur airport. ”
