"We turned up at the hotel for a 3nights extended bank holidays weekend just to find out that the hotel was privatised and fully booked with nowhere to sleep in town or in the neighbouring villages !!! Owner refused to speak to Hotels.com since apparently he has only signed a contract with Expedia (but didn’t acknowledge it was the same company!) and refused to speak English... Hotels.com was not able to sort it out not find anywhere else and we had to drive back home 3hrs in the other direction...

"Een aangenaam vakantiehuis met lekker ruikend beddengoed. Veel privacy. In een rustig dorp. Het geluid van de snelweg hoor je wel, als je ‘s avonds buiten zit, maar waar niet tegenwoordig. Genoten van de donkere lucht en de vele sterren die je daardoor kunt zien! En het zwembad was top!"

"It is a very nice hotel overlooking a really beautiful medieval town. The staff were genuinely very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was awesome and reasonably priced and the breakfast was very good too. The swimming pool is great and was open late enough to enjoy it even after a day on the road. We will definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone. Our only regret was not to stay longer."
