"Friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable bed"

"We loved our time at St. Francis! We explored the property and enjoyed a perfect afternoon relaxing in the shade on the patio. The Casita was exactly as described! Hatch is worth the visit for a burger from Sparky’s and a stay at St. Francis!"

"The property provided a very blissful and pleasant environment to accommodate for a relaxing trip. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect home away from home experience."

"Breakfast was delicious especially the green chile! Loved the hot springs and staff was very helpful"

"Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean and comfortable."

"the place was very nice and comfortable."

"The entire staff was incredible and the property was most relaxing. Loved soaking in the hot springs. Restaurants were in close walking distance. Enjoyed learning the resorts history too. Definitely will be back!"

"Great staff"

"Parking and Staff were great."

"This hotel and spa has a lot of character and charm. Feels sort of like stepping back into the roadside motels of the 1950s. It's not the bright and shiny experience of a chain hotel, but the charm and uniqueness make for a different kind of stay (in a good way!). The hot springs access is via a sort of bath house with indivual bays and soaking tubs. Relaxing to the max. My room had a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, a toaster oven, a microwave and some basic dishes. Style was quirky...

"The hot tub was great, nice and warm when we showed up!"

"Yes clean cute cozy"

"Clean, amenities and hot tub spa!"

"The yurt was extremely clean. The host Shannon was very helpful and nice to talk to very close to downtown restaurants and shopping easy walking wonderful tubs to soak it."

"Really great, easy to find stay. In a great location for exploring the town itself and made for a great home base when exploring southern NM. Thank you!"

"Love this place, definitely coming back"
