“You can tell at some point someone put money into this place to renovate it but it doesn’t mean much if it’s not maintained. I’m not a big complainer but I feel like cleanliness should be the bare minimum. I had some kind of food sauce (Chinese maybe) all over my desk on arrival. When checking for bed bugs I could see what I’m hoping was food stains all over the mattress cover and there were very small dead bugs in the shower, some kind of Beatles or other small nuisance bugs, none appeared to……

“Best salad bar, front desk and vibe.”

“Parking lot was good and easy. The swimming pool had a closed sign. Only amenities was coffee in the room. Beds were comfortable.”

“Feel unsafe ”

“It's one of the few motels in downtown Carlsbad and very convenient to where I was working. However, the carpet is room was very stained and the air conditioner made a great deal of noise all night. The breakfast selections were very limited.”
