"A perfectly acceptable room in a town that caters to Carlsbad Caverns tourists and oilfield workers. Air con/heater was obnoxiously loud and first room offered clearly hadn't been cleaned. Otherwise fairly quiet and quite clean. "Breakfast" is meh."

"The room was clean and remodeled, the staff was friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was good, but no waffle maker. The only downside was the broken toilet paper holder, and loud neighbors. Would go back if in the area"

"My brother and I were very happy with the room. there was amply room for a wheelchair accessible room. My only complaint would be that when asked if there is a pet fee we be told that there is one. Upon calling to confirm that pets were allowed and was there a fee I was not told about the fee!"

"The rooms were generous in size. They housekeeping staff didn’t excellent job in maintaining the room’s cleanliness and restocking items. Instead of having breakfast available in the hotel guest, go to the connecting restaurant for a great selection of breakfast items. The staff at the restaurant are fantastic pretty much anything you want for breakfast is available I would certainly stay here again"

"We enjoyed our stay! The room was large and relaxing. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. We have been on the road for 2 weeks and this was our favorite hotel!"

"Hotel was rated correctly and the price reflected that. Only minor thing was the sheets were pilled and should have been retired. Other than that a very nice place to stay"
