“Check in had problems and I had to come back 30 min later so that someone could fix it ( I was checking into 4:00 pm. Then, after o got to the room, I went to tell the night manager I had a leak in the bathroom and the floor had a puddle. He said I’d have to wait 30 or 45 min until the maintenance guy came in to get it fixed. I explained I needed to shower and get to an engagement and asked for another room. He said they were booked.
