Our kids loved the fact the pool had a slide! The hot tubs was unfortunately unavailable but we’re looking forward to returning when they open them back up. Our room was decent but had gum stuck the carpet and the chair at the desk was yucky. There was several leaks in the ceilings and limited dining. Overall it wasn’t a very bad experience. Would go again in hopes to see more that the hotel offers will be open and available.

None of the shown amenities were there... my bed had a blood stain on it when i pulled back the sheets. I was disgusted. The hot tub wasnt working.

We liked the pool, however we were not happy with our room not being ready and waiting 2 hours for it. The Gym was locked and they said it was not open, the restuarant was flooded out, no coffee was offered in the lobby in the mornings. This could have easily been handled. All in all it was okay. I think the are renovating the place as there were matteress outside in a large bin. The staff was pretty grumpy all the time, except for the only lady cleaning the rooms, that poor lady! She was very nice! The couches in the lobby need to be tossed, they look awful. But it was ok for the price. We were not mad, just really disappointed.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. The lady at the front didn’t know basic answers to questions. Property had rather a bit of trash around it for the rate we paid. Vents need cleaned.

The evening front desk clerk was very surly. He did not welcome us to the hotel, and just asked for our name without even making eye contact. Not a great first impression at all.

Plastic buckets in lobby catching leaks, no elevators, furniture in lobby in very poor condition. Dead roaches in hallways. Dark parking lot and hallways in evening/nighttime.
