“I was only in Milan for a day. The location is only 5 minutes walk to the train, where you can access everything. Alessandro was a fantastic host and very helpful with giving recommendations. Great deal for anyone wanting to explore Milan!”

“I used prepaid service, but when checking in, staff asked me to pay by credit card or what. I said I have already paid, the staff said that’s just booked, not prepaid. Later I requested confirmation by calling, and finally he said I am right. I am not saying he was cheating to charge at higher price, but such practices are poor and brought uncomfortable experience for customers. I doubt their professionalism and integrity.
