“I had a very unsatisfactory stay at this hotel. There were bugs constantly appearing on the bed, and when I reported this issue to the hotel staff, they responded by saying the bugs were harmless and had no intention of addressing the problem. Such an attitude towards customer service is completely unacceptable. It was absolutely disgusting to see bugs crawling out of the bed repeatedly. In the middle of the night, I had to drag my luggage to the front desk to demand a room change before they……

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient with easy access to transportation.
