"Great staffs, nice amenities and services. The only problem is the restaurant. Inferior arrangements for dinner and breakfast. Highly inappropriate for a traditional hot spa hotel restaurant ."
"A very clean and cosy room with a nice view of the fuji mountain. The private onsen was awesome.
The check in was a bit tricky. There’s no lobby area if you arrive early. We had to wait for almost 2 hours in the pouring rain before we can check in at 3pm."
